Livescan REQUIREMENT 

California Assembly Bill 506 (AB 506) requires adult youth sports volunteers and administrators to complete a one-time fingerprint-based Live Scan background check through the California Department of Justice (DOJ).

1, Complete livescan request via system.gotsport.com under USYS requirement (please do not complete background check via USYS requirement)

2. Make an appointment via www.ApplicantServices.com/CalNorth and pay $25.   Please send kay@sfglenssc.org an email with the receipt to get reimbursed
