COMPETITIVE PROGRAM CLUB FEES
To fund its competitive programs, San Francisco Glens charges an annual fee to every player who participates. The fee varies by program level and covers the Fall and Spring soccer seasons plus Winter training—roughly 10 months of the year, or 11 months for MLS Next teams.
We believe every player should have the opportunity to play club soccer regardless of level, league, or financial circumstances. To support this, the Club sets aside a financial aid budget for families in need. Because funds are limited, aid is awarded based on demonstrated need, with priority given to the families who need it most for as long as the budget remains available.

REFUND POLICY
When a player accepts a spot, the team roster and yearly budget are set based on the number of committed players. By accepting a spot, a player commits to the full season and is responsible for the entire annual club fee.
The initial $400 deposit is non-refundable.
Players will not receive a refund if they decide not to participate in the Spring season. Playing the Fall season only is permitted, but requires prior approval from the Director of Coaching.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted for a partial refund in the following cases:
-
A player suffers a serious injury or illness that causes them to miss the majority of the season, documented with a doctor's note and approved by the Director of Coaching.
-
The Director of Coaching determines that a player was inappropriately placed on a competitive team and would be better served in Recreational Soccer.
-
The Director of Coaching, after re-evaluating a player's performance, moves them to a different level team. In this case, the fee difference between the two teams will be refunded.
If your child is unable to continue, please consider converting all or part of your registration fee into a donation or scholarship to help families in need. As a 501(c)3 non-profit, donations to the San Francisco Glens are fully tax-deductible, and a receipt is available upon request.
