Mike McNeill

Mike has spent 14 years in leadership roles at the club, helping grow the Glens into the largest soccer club in San Francisco, bringing MLS Next Tier 1 Homegrown and Tier 2 Academy levels to the organization. Accomplished as a coach alongside his club management, Mike was previously named the United Soccer Coaches Western Region Coach of the Year and has made a positive impact on countless lives of players and families in the region.

Steven joined the Glens in April 2025 after eight years as the Head Coach of the San Jose Earthquakes Academy's U-18 Boys and is an assistant coach for the United States Youth National Team.

My goal is to help young athletes become better soccer players while using the game to develop the values, character, and life skills that will serve them long after their playing careers are over."
