PADDY COYNE
Club President

Paddy Coyne brings business and soccer leadership to the San Francisco Glens as Club President. A former youth academy founder and Director of Soccer for San Francisco City FC, he is now Head Men’s Coach at The Olympic Club and Regional Director of Business Development at Construction Testing Services.

SEBA TEVAROTTO
Treasurer

Seba leverages over 30 years of experience in technology, software, and SaaS to support the San Francisco Glens. He has held senior leadership roles at Optiva Inc. and Mobileum, combining strategic business insight with financial and governance expertise to help the Glens manage resources and drive long-term growth.

RYAN MAQUIÑANA
Board Member

With a strong background in communications and soccer operations, Ryan serves on the San Francisco Glens Board. He is currently Director of Communications for the San Jose Earthquakes and previously led the Glens’ communications, sponsorships, and community engagement efforts.

RODERICK JONES
Board Member

Roderick Jones offers extensive expertise in security, risk management, and organizational leadership to the San Francisco Glens. A two-time CEO and founder of security companies, he specializes in full-spectrum security design, VIP protection, and conflict management, with experience spanning national security, cyber security, and enterprise security.

LEO CASSIDY
Board Member

Leo Cassidy is a long-time leader in San Francisco youth soccer and a driving force behind the San Francisco Glens. He helped shape the club into what it is today and played a key role in building the Treasure Island stadium, establishing a home for the Glens’ players and community. His vision and dedication continue to guide the Glens’ growth both on and off the field.

DAVID KAO
Board Member

David Kao brings extensive experience in business operations and leadership to the San Francisco Glens. He is COO of the Santa Cruz Warriors and previously held senior roles at Cal Athletics, overseeing operations and revenue across multiple sports programs.

JOHN MCCORMACK
Board Member

John McCormack has been a dedicated player, coach, and supporter of the San Francisco Glens. With a professional career in the underground construction industry, he has leveraged his expertise to support the club’s operations and help advance the vision for the Treasure Island facility.
